Her answer only further confused him, his eyes narrowing as he tried to parse what she was talking about. Maybe it was the fact that he was distracted by the mission, but... he couldn't figure out just where he could've met her before. All the same, at her introduction, he offered a small smile, idly scratching his cheek. "Oh, um, nice to meet you--"

And suddenly, it hit him like a truck. His smile completely dropping, as his eyes widened, and the realization played out in front of him like a movie. He should've figured out when she mentioned four legs, and a part of him almost felt stupid for not immediately understanding it. A dumbfounded expression on his face, as he idly pointed at her, and just mumbled:
