We're so sorry for the delay! The good news is, you rolled a 14!
Which means Sayori safely spelunks to the bottom of the cave, nimbly maneuvering through the weaves of rope as she does. It's actually pretty impressive. Is Komaeda watching? He should be impressed.
The bottom of the cave is awfully unsturdy below her feet, and it's probably a good thing that she's attached to her harness, because the ground is slowly starting to crumble — if she stands in one place for too long, it'll probably break open to Faerun below.
There is, however, something at the corner of the cave, made obvious only by a glint of light on glass. Sayori will find:
- a small healing potion. It might not heal incredibly bad injuries, but it'll at least pull someone out of danger and soften the pain. - a copy of "The Mind and the Self" by Gaber Stov. It's a dense, philosophical read about a person's sense of self, and how that consciousness could, and should, break past the the components that actually make a person — to discover their ultimate truths. A lot of the ideas here go against the general consensus of how plane in Faerun work, but it is some food for thought. Who was even reading this thing down here? - A very simple bow, with one arrow. The bow is in need of some repairs; it'd likely snap in half if it were used more than a handful of times.
