"Did he now? You wouldn't happen to know the Prophet's name, do you?" Maybe the goblin means one of the Rockseekers, or maybe whomever has the Grand Relic since that seems powerful enough to lift a huge chunk of land into the sky. Or maybe it's one of the Reclaimers messing with the goblin.
