[Anyone exploring the administrative offices will find Kaede just carelessly shoving stuff out of her way in pursuit of evidence. If it doesn't seem important? It's on the floor. All the papers she's trying to read keep disintegrating, so she's kind of given up on that aspect and is just shoving some crates aside to peer behind them. She'll... probably put them back later?]

[Whatever she's looking for. It sounds like she's talking to herself, because she hasn't noticed anyone coming in, too focused on tearing the room apart.]
B. Investigation Intermission (one character only please!)
[Maybe the "shove everything around until something sticks out"/"click everything to see what's important" approach isn't really the best one when it comes to one particular room. Kaede takes a step forward to try to open it, lips parted in curiosity, before collapsing suddenly to the ground with a strangled scream of pain. Her eyes squeeze tightly shut as her hands grip her ears, and she starts to shake, terrified and in pain.]
M-My head! I can't hear!!
[--She can hear, but she's panicking, the screams loud enough in her head that it feels like something is screaming loudly enough that she might go deaf.]
C. Mined Control
Oh wow, look at that!
[Kaede's gloved hands are clasped behind her back as she leans in closer to one of the rough-hewn walls in the mine. The purple gemstone isn't expensive or even particularly valuable, but,] It's so pretty! Do you think we could dig it out?
[She says "we," she really... kind of means you.]
D. Make All Your Dreams Come True.....
[Yeah, her method of investigation really came back to bite her. After uncovering a particular highly cursed music box, Kaede's sitting rather morosely where most of the campsites have been set up, humming quietly to herself. Well, trying to hum, anyway. She only gets a few notes into that good old Fantasy Costco jingle before stopping and trying again. And again. And again.]
...Aaaaah, jeez!!!
[She reaches up, making a grab as you walk by. She's starting to look increasingly desperate.]
