[It's hard to even breathe like this, surrounded by these noises, by the sight of butterflies fluttering around and by like a whirlwind, like fragments scattering, and Mia can't even catch them. It's overwhelming. These voices, these words that aren't for her but are Erika's, and the feeling of Erika's fingers pressing tight in to Ghost's hand.
She cannot let go. She must not let go.
With her free hand she pushes against the floor, lifts, drags, crawls with the rest of her body, with what strength she can muster in this oppressive cloud of sound and she screams.
She tries to shout Erika's name over the voices, barely able to hear herself, but repeating- Erika! Erika! Trying to get through, to push through some small focus, a regroup, a change. She has no path actions that could help here. Only doubt and determination, and by god, she can't let Wonderland cling to any of that doubt. No, she must be stronger than it.
