3. The other people in the maze at the time are able to get back out! What they essentially experience is the dark maze becoming a long, straight, well-illuminated hallway. It's easy to navigate out of, and there's actually an openable door at the end. Amazing!
4. The maze won't disappear and will continue to shift, but not until everyone currently in it leaves (including Deku). At that point, it will revert to its original form.
5. Since the way out is fairly straightforward, he's certainly welcome to try getting out on his own if you'd like! If not, you're welcome to plot out or handwave that one of the others leaving the maze helps him out.
