1. With a 13, Sayori finds a book on Yggdrasil in one of the libraries in Shadowdale. It's very old, and many of the pages are damaged, but she's able to piece together a particular story about what will happen to the Tree of Life at the end of the world.
As it turns out? Nothing much. Through the end of the world, Yggdrasil will tremble, but stay standing. It takes more than mortal magic or even an apocalypse to fell something so powerful.
Which begs the question what exactly is making it sick now, doesn't it?
2. While there definitely is the possibility to get more out of Maria before she gets vored, unfortunately Sayori isn't able to get at it. With a 13, Sayori is regaled with tales of men Maria has loved and left. She gets a few about how, sometimes, men have hurt her, and advice about how honestly men are garbage when you get right down to it. Maria lays a solemn hand on her shoulder and encourages Sayori to always remember that love is and has always been a farce.

Awkward.
