Roxas can't say he knows much, but that theory seems pretty reasonable to him, especially given what he's seen of Shadowdale. (If it seems like everyone just up and left, they would have had to go somewhere). And he doesn't like the fact that places they've been are included in that list. How far away are those places anyway?

Roxas will also show Angus the book that he and Carmen found, just to see if the kid can make anything of it. He'd like it back though, just in case.
