It's probably the thing that would catch attention of passerby that aren't as cold as the usual residents of Lyrabar, who pay little attention to this weird fish boy and his weird song lyrics. Other times when he doesn't sings, he says in a more somber voice. ]
I wish I could see that "sea palace" somewhere here again... It was so pretty, you know. Huu...
[ He's gotta pass the time somehow, so singing and reminiscing on a rather fortunate adventure it is. ]
II. deeper than the sea, it's nice to meet you 🦈💕🦈 [ Well, Kanata's in a better mood today! It helps that he's found himself really liking his Path He made good use of "Wild Shape" to be a guppy, now he's trying out something a bit different. Druids can not only become animals, but they can also befriend them. ]

[ Well. That's a reef shark he's managed to make a friend out of. It swims in small loops, coming back for a gloved pat by his human friend. He's out of shrimp chips for now, sadly. It took some to save his rear the first time he went exploring, and some more get this fellow in the first place. For now he's unable to become a mer-Kanata. He still hangs in the water, but needs to anchor himself to something. It could be your newly-owned boat, some convenient floating wreckage, or even parts of the pier. Boy needs a pool floaty. ]
Ah, excuse me! Could you "assist" me with something? First, please do not get into the "water" here. My friend is still aggressive, as she should. Friendship is not "domestication".
[ Being a shark, "Same-san" cannot really tell what's going on above water so for now it should be safe. But considering how easygoing Kanata is and probably has a pretty silly request, he could probably be convince to find other uses of his ability, like asking the shark to help with scouting or some persuasion requiring sharp teeth. ]
