2) He wants to talk to Diego! He's just picked up the Shape Water spell himself, and he's interested in learning more about the tricks he can pull with that - which has nothing at all to do with the Bureau's investigations, oops. Upon conversation, though, he'll be interested in how Diego got to be friends with Irene, because hey! Unexpected friendships!
He's got billions of years' worth of stories to trade, although he's more likely to relate recent anecdotes or stories about human lives he's observed framed as something that happened to a guy he knew. He's not, uh, gonna talk about the torture thing.
3) Continuing the trend of Michael Following His Own Interests, research on the afterlife situation in this world! Maybe a little relevant in that the subject of souls and the corruption/separation from the body thereof is involved? idk, do I need a roll for this?
4) Okay so there's a multi-step plan here, but to start: with the support of the Dread Pirate Shinji and his crew, Michael would like to identify and join a pirate crew whose captain is notably shitty towards them!
