I don't really know, either. I used to learn food facts for fun— ['Fun' here meaning 'to sound interesting and smart to adults' but let's not dwell on that.] —but I don't actually know a lot about bread. I know the history of it? The bread we like came from Portuguese traders apparently and was banned for awhile during a period when Christianity was banned.
