[Qrow may by nature be the goth emo uncle brooding in a corner with his whiskey and his backstory, but he's also a partying asshole who likes to have fun. So he turns up in a dark grey vest and a red dress shirt with rolled up sleeves, because he's a damn punk, and he enjoys himself for the first part of the party.

You may encounter him dancing solo, because he likes to have fun and does not need company for it. He may even choose to ask you to dance, if you're an adult, especially one of his friends. Gender is a non-issue on this, and he can follow or lead as necessary. Shockingly, he can in fact pull off a waltz, so you could ballroom dance with a tall, stupid bird.

Of course, he also loiters near the walls for a break, so feel free to chat as he lingers on the sidelines with a fancy cocktail, because cocktails are fun drinks and he is here to have fun.]

[So you were walking through the quad and it was nice, and now you have walked into some place truly beautiful. It's not the whole cliffside, of course, but you're into the courtyard. Lush, green grounds, with arches and towers of white and silver and Beacon's own emblem hanging from beautiful flags. Waterways, a warmth in the surrounding forest. At the centre, the tallest of the towers holds inside its windows a handful of glowing green orbs. The birds are singing, and the breeze is warm and pleasant. It's lovely.
