He's honestly a little winded (being a smoker and all), but the view is pretty good and he can tell it's special to her. So much so that her request leaves him torn. He should probably let everyone know that Erinne's the one playing the music, and definitely should tell them that she's Irene's sister. But... that doesn't mean he has to reveal where she was playing music from, right?

He gives her a wink. "You got it." He can't, of course, stop anyone else from finding out on their own, but he won't reveal the spot.
