The paper Loki is currently perusing details his observations for the fifth and sixth loop - things that seemed different from the previous loop, no matter how minor, things he did and the outcomes and how those compared to previous loops, things of that nature.

I'm not entirely sure yet. It's hard to do any sort of useful investigating on my own, plus I've only been observing them for a short amount of time, but so far it seems like they definitely have an ulterior motive for going along with Director-chan's request. Maybe they want to do a hostile takeover of the moon base, or maybe they want to run away and live in Faerun instead. I mean, a lot of us have never had magic before and it's pretty cool to have it now. Those are just my theories though, I don't have anything concrete yet.
